
My earliest memories are of living on Hickory Lane, where butter was made in a jar, salads came from the garden and dinner was fished in a stream. My roots are southern, my culinary adventures are international and my professional training is in French technique. Today, I enjoy taking seasonal California bounty and creating beautifully presented dishes that offer comforting and delightful flavors.
Additionally, after my twins were born prematurely, I studied holistic nutrition in order to nurture a healthy family. I am well versed in dietary restrictions and will take these requests seriously.
